That manifold is ported and the runners are larger than stock. Several tuners did that in the 80's and 90's.
Also , there IS a button to release the key under the column.

5.0 Ford's are made for 87 Octane. The engine has an under drive pulley on the crank. The intake is either a Cobra or Explorer that has been band sawed and re-welded for porting. The steering column has a button on the bottom to release the key, trunk release was in the glove box. That transmission is likely rebuilt, not stock, because that sticker is not from Ford. Pro-M mass air flow intake was the real deal back in the day and the car will not run without a good mass air flow sensor and TPS. It has shorty headers, Steeda subframe connectors and what looks like 3 chamber Flowmaster mufflers with an H pipe. If you cannot find the owner, I'd buy it from you for my son.
That's a Cobra intake. Back in the day they would cut them in half to port them out, then weld them back together.

I am a High School teacher and our auto shop class has a 5.0 FOX body Mustang drag racing car that we race against other high school teams. These mustangs are great and i am sure that our students will always remember their time wrenching on this car. I have sent the shop teacher a link to this video so he can show them your channel.

14:18 dude I just moved into my new apartment! It is a one bedroom ON TOP of my own garage! I quit drinking in 2020 and it was a mission of mine to get another Mustang and my own place with a big enough garage to work in. I now have a 2004 Competition Orange Mustang GT with bolt ons, long tube headers and 70k miles and my garage!!! I was so happy to turn this on while I organize my new garage!
