It’s not the handles bars that do they turning 95% of it comes from leaning to the side you want to turn it depends how fast you want to turn if you want to turn fast keep the throttle at the speed you want then lean right over it might seem like your leaning to much but the bike can lean much further than people realise just make sure your going fast enough to lean the bike over

The easiest way to explain it is that turning the handlebars left causes the tires of the bike to be offset from the center of mass of the bike causing a lean in the opposite direction and subsequently causing a force in that lean direction due to friction between the tires and the ground.
