I'm going back to work as a VW tech just so I can use this trick.
Long blow gun and at an angle so the air gets in the cap more and you can catch them on the nossle.
Actually a decent hack that I've never seen before.

Higher pressure , thinner nozzle to work 100%

Definitely good to know. I haven’t taken the wheels off my Atlas yet but one day I’m sure I will and I’ll use this technique 👍🏻

As a former Audi/VW tech, I can tell you there are far worse nightmares then this, but it is a neat trick.
