“Focus on the problem and not the codes” It never ceases to amaze me how many ways being a good mechanic is related to being a good healthcare provider. We say “treat your patient, not the monitor”.

Brother you’re a damn genius. I’ve never seen such quick troubleshooting and accuracy before with virtually any kind of car or truck within such a quick time span. Usually you don’t even have to drive the vehicles to get the information you have already diagnosed, like a Doctor that could see and hear the patient’s complaints and go forth with a surgery and get it right every time. Basically you’re one impressive tech!!! 👏👏👏👏👏

Yo what's up, awesome content, but a few ideas. P0300 we all know is a random misfire. Torque Converter Shudder is so common on transmission fluid or a Torque Converter itself due to absorbing moisture. We replace hundreds of converters with Toyota and not 1 came back. Once the converter clutch is moisture saturated then its time for replacement. Other manufacturers maybe different but unlikely. A misfire will light up the check light on the 1st trip, so throwing parts at it is just guessing. CAN communication may throw "Dummy" codes by de-tuning the engine during shift points, converter lock-up, slippage. If there's TSBs that warrants your logic or tech tips for that year, make, model then it is what it is. We went through this at the beginning stage of our 2005 Tacoma 1GR 4.0 V6, our 1st WS ATF change over. I believe its not the manufacturers but where the vehicles are being stored before shipment, delivery to dealers. Most notably hight humidity. ✌️

My last Chevrolet was a '92 C1500 stepside with a 5sp & a Vortec. That was a good truck.
Thanks for teaching us, I appreciate it.
