I love how the title says it breaks down every ingredient, but yet some of the nastier ingredients like vanillin, which can be sourced from plastic, was only mentioned than passed on. They also roundabouted the enriched flour, the reason those vitamins are added is because the base of the flour or mixture they use is so modified and transformed, that they add those back only to reconstitute the flour. That's why processed foods might say they have vitamins but their Daily Value for those "added vitamins" is 0, or not even listed.

Last time I ate Oreo's before bed, they gave me the worst nightmares I've ever had. Stopped eating them after that

This feels like a sales pitch for ultra processed food. Using scientists to give the impression that the food is normal / safe. If anything it feel WSJ is getting paid to run this series.
