POV:you are craving salmon and you need it in 10mins quick and easy to make Ingredients • Salmon (skinless, bite-sized chunks) – ~450g (about 15 medium cubes) • Spinach – ~30g (1 handful) • Palm oil – 2 tbsp (28g) • Cooking oil – 1 tbsp (14g) • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp (16g) • Beef stock – 1/3 cup (80ml) • Honey – 1 tbsp (21g) • Salt – 1 tsp (6g, or to taste) • Paprika – 1 tbsp (7g) • Cayenne pepper – 1 tbsp (7g) • Dried thyme – 1 tsp (1g) Instructions 1. Heat cooking oil in a nonstick pan on high heat. 2. Lightly salt the salmon and sear on all sides until nicely browned. 3. Remove excess oil from the pan. 4. Add tomato paste, cook briefly, then mix with the salmon. 5. Deglaze with beef stock, scraping the pan. 6. Add paprika, cayenne, and thyme. Stir well. 7. Add honey and mix. 8.
