Steal my meal plan - ✨link in bio✨ to get this full week of meals. Not pictured: Friday we ordered takeout, and I don't plan sat/sun because I like to cook what I crave and enjoy it! Whenever I meal plan - my weekend is so smooth and more enjoyable! And you don't have to prep - if you're short on time, just figure out the dinners you'll make and get the groceries. Even that is going to save you lots of time! Here's what we had and the system that works for me: 🔸MON: Air fryer chicken and hashweh rice 🔸TUES: halal cart chicken and rice with salad 🔸WED: bechamel pasta with ground beef and salad 🔸THURS: chicken shawarma wraps with wedges 🔸 FRI: I keep one "flex" day unplanned - either we order takeout or I make something super quick like fish. I decide closer to the time (that way I only have to prep 4 dinners on weekend) 🔸SAT/SUN: We usually have dinner at my mom's one of those days and the other day I cook what we crave with no planning!
