:27, "... healthy ...", he said. This guy just says anything while chewing on food. When he eats onion, he says, "It's oniony" Well done, Anubhab, for calling him out. :)

Mark .....plz visit to NE part of india...... Northeast Indian cuisine is a hidden gem—vastly different from the rest of the country. It’s all about simplicity, fermentation, and foraging. Think smoky, tangy, and earthy flavors, with minimal oil but maximum taste. Each state has a signature: Assam’s tangy Khar (alkaline curry) and Masor Tenga (sour fish curry); Nagaland’s fiery smoked pork with bamboo shoot and axone (fermented soybean); Manipur’s Eromba (mashed veggies with fermented fish); Mizoram’s Bai (boiled greens with bamboo shoot); and Meghalaya’s Jadoh (pork & red rice). Sikkim brings momo and thukpa with Tibetan flair, while Tripura serves Berma (fermented fish chutney). The magic ingredient? Fermented bamboo shoot—pungent, acquired, unforgettable. Meals often come with black sesame paste, perilla seed chutney, or the famous king chilli (bhut jolokia). Herbs like dhekia (fiddlehead fern) and khorisa (bamboo shoot pickle) add freshness. It’s healthy, zero-waste, and deeply rooted in tribal wisdom. If you love bold, organic flavors, dive in—just be ready for some serious heat and funk. Highly underrated on India’s food map! Hoping you get the chance to visit and taste this for real one day. ❤❤🇮🇳🇮🇳

“Gol Gappa” or “Pani Puri” is the most OG Chaat, that was invented around the Delhi region and suspected to be invented in Bihar. A lots of other states try to claim it as their own, but the reality is, no one really knows but what we truly know is that it was invented around the Delhi, Bihar regions and it was spread outwards towards East and south and West. I am from Maharashtra, and I have no bias. I accept that it came from North India to West India in Maharashtra.
