Heaven in every bite! 😋🔥 Kebab ingredients: Ground meat, lavash, onion, garlic, pepper, tomato, salt, mixed ground peppers, and paprika. For the chimichurri glaze sauce: Onion, garlic, pepper, tomato, lemon juice, butter. For the barbecue sauce: Olive oil, onion, garlic, butter, mustard, soy sauce, tomato paste, a burning log. Instructions: 1. Mix the ground meat well. Add minced garlic, finely chopped tomato, pepper, and onion, along with salt and spices. Mix thoroughly again. 2. Spread the meat mixture onto the lavash and roll it up into a tube. 3. Cut the rolls into equal pieces. Skewer them as shown in the video. 4. Grill. While grilling, generously brush the kebabs on all sides with chimichurri sauce. 5. Serve the kebabs with barbecue sauce. To make the sauce: sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, then add butter, mustard, soy sauce, and tomato sauce.
