Well this came to my feed as I recently started going to gym trying to lose weight I do meal preparation but I weigh 90 kgs so I need 90 grams of protein so In india there is two types of meat available generally chicken and Goat meat called mutton I have also researched heavily on soyabean based dishes they can be good especially soya cutlets with you can easily get 60 grams of protein and rest is with whey protein with 1/2 kg yogurt non fat and 100 grams soyabean and there are recipes so a mix of plant based and animal based keeps stomach good. Thanks for encouraging the preparation. Will prepare the cutlets now
