when you cook pinto beans. soak for 40 minutes. Then cook on low and foam will gather around the edge . spoon up the foam while the foam is on the edges. that could take 40 minutes.The benefit from all that is fart less beans .

My go to is Chicken Fajitas.
Make avocado salsa in food processor. 2 avocados 1 bunch of cilantro half a white onion 2 garlic gloves juice from 1 1/2 limes 3 pinches of salt 12 oz chilled water for spice add jalapeños and Serranos start with 1 jalapeño and 2 Serranos and go from there.
I use this recipe for rice. I changed recipe to just 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water, keep the of recipe as is. You chopped up a jalapeno or serrano pepper to the rice when cooking to add a little spice. I use roasted hatch chilies for spice and flavor
