Breakfast Fry Up is a must! 🍳🥓🔥 While I have to admit this is not a Full Breakfast Fry Up, it is as close as I can get here in the States. Skillet roasted potatoes, eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans create this whole meal! It really does give you all the sustenance you need (until 2nd breakfast). Now that’s a breakfast! Years ago my sister in law’s mother would make a HUGE country breakfast on a wood stove for a house full of people. So many different types of breakfast foods, everything delicious. There was hardly room on this long table for everything to fit! It was the biggest meal of the day and no one wanted to miss breakfast! 😋😋😋
