I’m making homemade ghee since 2015 and every time getting better & taster ghee at home. I also tried with salted butter 🧈 as well it turned out great For good smell I add elachi powder or just mortal some elachis add while cooking it’s smells amazing 🤩 For nutty flavour cook until little dark brown butter

Ghee nikalne k bad jo reh jata ha agar us m thori si soji or sugar dal ker thori deer bhoon Lia jy tu bht mazeedar halwa banta ha pani nhi dallna

We have been making ghee like this from last 26 years, because at that time there was no desi ghee available on shops too...abb tau you can get it from even tesco asda e.t.c

Thank God aaj akhir kar aap ka vlog mil he gaya aj kai shalo sy aap ka vlog nahi dekhi bhol he gai thi aap ke vlog ka naam kai baar kosis ki charcha kar ke but mill he nahi raha tha finally aj mil he gaya jab.
