3:19 , its not like a fairytale... It is still like a nightmare. It was a fairytale only from the perspective of people who betrayed during that time.

The Indian and Pakistani people are very hopsitable. Often they ahre their food with tavelers on the trains. Of they invite westerenrs to their home sfor meals of even to stay a few days. Usually if they take to to a cafe they won't let you pay. I watch my favoutite traveling youtubers who goback to India and Pakistan many times. Luke Damant from Australia, World No Mac from the USA, Ali from Iraq but living in Britain. Harry from Britain. So many I follow.
If you all love Anthonys TV shows you will love his books too, I ahve read them all and felt sorrow when they came to an end. I tried to make the final few pages last,,,,,,,,,
Dude the sound design on this is absolute gem.
getting to the second part of the episode in france, and switching from lovely looking spicy colorful food to gray slop dkjdkfjdfj
Makes me really upset and angry why after presenting Panjabi cuisine in all it’s authentic brilliance, he decides to kill himself in a dingy hotel room in Paris when he had plenty more in the tank to give to food journalism 😢 he should have sought therapy for whatever he was going through 😮 really sorry if he was in agony and turmoil 👎🏾 if only if Bourdain had absorbed 10% of the cultural vibe and ethos of the Panjabi culture while he was consuming the cuisine, he’d still be with you today 😮 such a huge waste of talent..may be RIP 🙏🙏
The shot of the man cleaning “the ruler and th3 ruled”
