I’ve been dying to make this, only problem is finding the green Japanese plums
I’ve used your recipe and made two gallons. After one year my brother and I slowly drank one gallon but we still have the second gallon stored away. It’s been sitting for four years. あなたのレシピを使って、2ガロン分を作りました。1年かけて私と弟で1ガロン分をゆっくりと飲みましたが、残りの1ガロンは今も保管したままになっています。もう4年間も寝かせていることになりますね。
Whoa, thank you, I had no clue this is so easy to make! I absolutely love plum wine, and I have one large fermentation jar sitting idle that I'll repurpose for this!
Can I do this with any plum type? I live in Europe and we have more elongated types of plums where I live...
how or can i make this without the alcohol?
I'll have to try this from somewhere before I actually attempt to make it.
I can’t wait to taste it in one year!
I’ve never had homemade, but I like plum wine.
Have you ever tried making your own homemade umeshu? 🤔👀
