Never mind, the eggs, obviously his technique is amazing. He’s the best chef in the world. And the story, but these are scrambled eggs and I would hope that anyone that knows how to cook no side of scrambled eggs, correct correctly maybe not as well as you can but at least knows how to do this but never mind that what is he serving the eggs with those little stick things what are they?

been cooking for 12 years and i watched 2 thomas keller shorts and learned 2 new tips 1. before adding butter to something you’re searing on a hot pan add a touch of oil to bring the heat down a bit to not burn the butter 2. put eggs through a strainer to help it dissolve and mix better and catch any missed egg shells
