I’d love to see more content focused on china’s blue collar workers. There is a million YouTube channels of upper middle class Chinese millennials filming robots deliver their food. We get it, you live in a city center that’s clean and without fentanyl addicts. I’d like to see how everyday hard working Chinese live and eat (it looks great from this video).
In Singapore, they have Indian banana leaves restaurant. If you can't afford the expensive food, you can have unlimited rice 🍚 and curry for a small amount of money.

There’s something I genuinely love about how delicious and diverse Chinese cuisine is. So many distinct regions, with different styles of preparation, the communal aspect of sitting down with your friends, family or co workers outside of a restaurant by the side of the road, very human ❤️

I used to cycle to work in Beijing, one day I followed a line of taxies into a parking lot, and turns out there's a group of uncles selling box lunches for 8 RMB or $1.2 I ate there for next 3 years.

It’s a 20 second walk from site and costs $1.50. Meanwhile I walk 10 minutes in the pissing rain to a supermarket for a cold, processed sandwich and a drink and a bag of chips for $6.
