MARK WIENS - is the rock star of food travellers - I still remember when he started his youtube channel and he was visiting many areas in India - but - through him we get an excellent selection - behind scenes views of the kitchen and excellent commentary - its been a pleasure to see him stick at it - grow - and - always be so productive in his selected genre. Wishing him all success...
I love how mark just wear a tshirt everywhere he eat. To casual and fancy restaurant
As a HongKonger, you were eating the local authentic delicious food that I eat regularly. Good job well done. Thanks for sharing.
I'm an Aussie who has been visiting HK very regularly for work since 2006, and living here since 2011. I'm in the wine & whisky business so eat out 5 - 6 times a week. great video, but you could easily do another 20 of these and still only cover a small fraction of the incredible food on offer in Hong Kong. Come back, do more!
am a filipino but hongkong is my second home with those luxurious places in the world i will never throw hongkong away. i love hongkong and i meant it β€β€β€β€β€β€β€

Mark really brings out the best in a meal, he makes you feel like getting on a plane to Hong Kong and grab a piece for yourself
I dont think you will ever see this. But mark, just wanted to say i thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Thank you. You remind why I love to travel. I have been following you for so long. Back when your channel was more about cooking food in your back yard, I believe in Thailand. I love how you've grow your channel. I frequently tune in when I see a new episode recommended. Would love a low key mark's food travels recommendations guide. Nothing super fancy, but I'd love a quick reference guide. I can tell you do your research before you travel. I watch a lot of cooking channels these days and so I can tell when people know what they're doing in the kitchen. So I'm always trying to get your food travel list when we travel.
Virginia is so wholesome! And pretty to boot!
I always drool watching Mark's videos, even when I'm overly full. I'm not even hungry. Lol π
