I got here by accident and I must say it is one of the best documentaries on food that I have ever seen! High quality research material, very entertaining and I love how I learned more about ,,modern|| hunter gatherers. I wish I had the chance to expereince bushtucker while I live din Australia. But I lived within a fairly whitewashed society and had no real chance to meet actual aboriginal people. However, I believe that there will be a next time!

That last part about the greatest invention had me chuckling a bit. I have to agree that it is one of the best things mankind has ever invented. Interestingly, ancient Mesoamericans had a recipe quite similar to the modern day taco.

Can we do an experiment where we feed multiple generations of apes cooked food and see if they evolve? Or is that unethical? I mean, they’ll be getting some bussin food

We where hunters so my guess was that we used fire to hunt and the taste of burnt meat evolved.

it was lacking depth, very brief on the ancients of this part of the world, eskimos were not included
