I've had my Ninja woodfire grill and smoker for about a month now I am impressed with the technology but there are a couple of major CONS considering the fairly hefty price of this product the ridged grill plate is extremely difficult to clean and takes a lot of the fun out of the cooking experience. I would expect at least a non stick surface on the grill plate. The second con and possibly even more important is that the smoke box lid gets jammed up with resin from the smoking and it is almost impossible to open it without breaking it. Even after a thorough clean it still gets jammed up after every smoking. These points might seem minor but for the price a little bit of quality would go a long way to improving the cooking experience.

Cold smoking 40-50 degrees hot smoking 80-85 degrees.250 degrees is grilled or cooked meat

I just got mine. It's been running for about an hour and the pellets don't look like they've been burned off really at all I just stopped smoking. I filled it right in everything.

I see others had the same issue of no smoke same as I. I turned the dial to smoker, I hit the smoke button and they never caught fire. I kept hitting the smoke button while cooking, still did not catch on fire. The instructions say if you are using the smoke setting you dont preheat😠Edit:After (over) cooking my ribs at the 4 hour setting (I stopped at three hours BTW, because they were overcooked. How can you overcook ribs at the 250 degree setting?) I just went out and tried hitting the smoke button, and THIS TIME the flame icon turned on and off as it was supposed to. Welp, better luck next time🫤

I pressed the button, the flame signal came in; it never ignited. Twice now. Made the fish on bake, but no smoke flavor and no wood pellets were burned. ?

Used the smoker setting for first time. The pellets ignited. Then didn't stay lit. So hardly got any smoke. There is only about 5 or 6 pellets that have a char on them. Why? I followed the directions in the booklet for tri tip.

Hi, are the pellets replaced after each use? They burned the first time, but I've used it 2 times now and they're intact..even though I press the button, I feel like it's not smoking

Set up the thermometer app, put on a pork buut to smoke with temp set at 250 and intenal temp to reach 203. It worked fine for 3 hours with the internal temp showing 150 degrees. Ran into town and 40 mi utes later the temp started dropping quickly. Got home and everything read like it fine but element was completely off. Why would that be?

How long does it take for the wood pellets to heat up as I don’t think mine is working despite pressing the wood fire flavour technology.

It would take forever o smoke a Boston Butt, I have a Pit Boss Austin XL and it takes twelve hours at 225 degrees.

No smoke coming out. Ignition on but didn't char the pellets, is this some piece of junk. Very disappointed bec was so excited and marinated bbq chicken and set up the ninja on my deck. Then no smoke coming out, just works like a indoor grill?
