So I recently picked one of these up and made some ribs. I smoked them too 165 and then wrapped them to 205. It took about 2 hours. They were freaking delicious
300° is way too high. You'll end up with tough chewy meat. Low and slow.
Wow, so you're saying this machine can do what a normal smoker does in 6 hrs in 2 hours? That's mind blowing
225° for an hour. Add more pellets for another round of smoke (press the ignite button for 3 secs). After 2 hours, check temp for 180°. Wrap at 180°. Back in the grill at 300° until internal temp of the ribs reaches 203°. Unwrap and sauce then back on the grill uncovered for 10-15 mins.
Id like to try them a few hrs longer with that but on a lower temperature
Too be honest, those ribs look terrible. Where's the smoke ring?
No smoke ring?
I'm guessing she's never met a rib she didn't like 😂
I’d def buy one, is there a Smokey flavor though cause there’s now smoke ring on those ribs 🤔
You can not beat that bark? This is a joke, right?
Get it
WOW and YUM!!!!!!!
I always said that it you can make a delicious dry rib you got my vote, the sauce don't even have to be that good, it can be standard sweet baby ray and I'll love it, now if the rib don't taste good until you add sauce then that's a different conversation
Was that enough pellets for a 2 hour rub or did you have to refill it during the smoking ?
On the smoker is the bottom plate mean to heat up?
dry rub only..
Aww,ribs aint good if ya dont have to wash face after u eat😊
That doesn't make sense.. cook for 2 hours but in reality only an hour and 15 min?
Looks like a paid advertisement. Those ribs have ZERO smoke ring
Yum
