Why do all the Youtube videos on this grill read like a sponsored ad? No proper testing and no real cons.
Some people are asking about cons. I got the grill and I’ll share mine: 1 - The ignition button can be tricky. I had to remove the nob and push the small rod underneath to get it to ignite the grill. Might be a defective piece tho and I plan to call the company soon. 2 - Grill space: For the money, I find you don’t have a lot of real estate to grill on. It’s fine because I’m not normally doing a large cookout for a bunch of people. If you are however you may want to try something else. 3 - The warning says the remove the contents of the smoke box before opening the lid (I guess it’s so that the ashes don’t fall out). The smoke box on the side has a little metal insert. It was really hard to pry the insert loose. I’m hoping that it will be a little easier on future uses. But I wish they would have given it a small handle or something that makes removing the smoke box easier. 4 - You have to buy the pizza stone and griddle insert separately. For the price, I would have like one or both of those accessories included. 5 - Not a con per se but just an FYI to make sure you have an outdoor outlet nearby as you will need electricity for the fan and dial controls. Other than that, it’s a really solid unit and overall I’m happy with the purchase. I also appreciate how easy it is to put together. You can even download 3D instructions that take you thru the assembly step by step
It would really be nice to see what the cons are to this vice the pros only. What about maintainability and reliability?
Grill review pls and thank you
Are the 2 handfuls of pellets enough to yield a true smoke flavor without having to babysit the entire cook?
Nice video, only thing i would change is the flare up, Charbroil has an infrared grill that doesn’t flare up at all.
i purchased one on fathers day this year about 60 days ago. used it on the fathers day weekend and it worked good. with the convection fan it cooks quick so that will take a little adjusting to for temp and time but should be a good thing because it should save on propane. went away on vacation for 3 weeks came back and used it again about 6x now. It stopped working in the middle of cooking dinner. I tried to relight thinking it was maybe out of propane so put a new bottle in even thought the current one felt like there was still about 1/3 left. Will not ignite, only have the tube ignites and will not stay lit. the second i release the igniter it goes out. i am not sure if it is the pressure regulator or somewhere in the lines but it is not getting gas. On the phone with Ninja for 40 minutes trying to fix the issue with no resolution. The service agent was pleasant and trying to be helpful but not able to resolve my issue. I was then told that engineering would need to diagnose my problem within 24 hours. i wasn't listening because i called back today and was told it is 24 business hours so now i am going to be without my bar-b-que for the long weekend. I spent a good investment on this device instead of a Traegar or a Pitboss because both of those units failed after a couple of years too so i thought if i can have propane with smoke this should be much more reliable. very disappointed thus far. l really hope they stand behind their product because the engineering and design to me is great just need it to do what i paid for and have it work.
Its cool but its too small.
Basically doing what they did with cars to grills. No thanks. Less tech please!
Great video and that grill is awesome!
You let the sticker on ? 0:16 😂
So I still need a wall outlet to use this grill
Is there a side burner?
I would be interested, if there was a natural gas model.
Excellent
inside of that smoker part looks melted...
