We grilled the perfect steak on the Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Outdoor Grill & Smoker and yes we love and work with Ninja BUT we made this video in complete secret and they did not pay us for this video. This grill is simply a beast! Its about as controlled and easy as you can get when reverse searing a steak. Not only do you get smokey flavor but you can also reach high temperatures and an amazing sear that most expensive pellet grills can't achieve. Honestly we would normally use a huge and pricey kamado style grill to get this done but @NinjaKitchenUS has leveled the playing field for all the backyard cooks out there. While we were skeptics at first, after doing a lot of rigorous recipe testing it became clear that the Woodfire was a serious addition to our grill collection. We recommend you give it a try especially if you are just getting into grilling or maybe you don't have the most space to get a giant grill in the backyard. You will not be let down and you won't be waiting for the charcoal to light up either. Leave a comment if you have experience with the Ninja Woodfire line up! I’m a carnivore and the ninja is every carnivores wet dream. I use mine every single day sometimes twice a day. I’m an apartment dweller so it’s really convenient having it on the patio.
I just moved into my first apartment WITH a balcony, and have been watching grill videos for years. Saw the channel name and said yup, I need these dads in my life cuz I’m definitely about to become a mini grill master 😂
Looks overcooked like a rock.
"juicy" ? That steak was overcooked to the Moon and back. No wonder you tried to hide the slices.
how to overcook the perfect cut
Not a fan of those, rather have a porterhouse. Looks good though. Put some $5 gold leaf on it, you could get a grand for it at Salt Baes restaurant 🤣.
Never ever treat steak like bbq
