If you make the toast the night before, it’s gonna be soggy in the morning. For mine, since I don’t like tomatoes, I might include carrots or cucumbers. Or maybe some fruit. I would probably also add some cheese. Especially a queso fresco or mozzarella sticks. Or maybe even even an “artisan cheese” like a blueberry sharp white cheddar or a spicy mango cheddar.

The toast is going to go soft and soggy. Pack it separately. Do not add salt till you're ready to eat it.

You can simmer whole eggs in soy sauce. Lycopene in tomatoes increases if you fry them. You can rub a garlic clove on the toast and add butter while hot (recipe from Rome). You can make a quacamole of the avocado.

There's no way it's only 280 calories. The bread is 200 already, the avocado is at least 150, eggs 100 ish.

That's ok, I will keep fasting everyday for 20 hours and eat anything I want when I eat. It has changed my life, been doing it for 3 years now, and I will never return to calorie counting! This is the most freeing way of life I have ever experienced. You will never think about food the same way again! Thanks to the book, Fast feast repeat, and intermittent fasting foodie youtuber Jackie!
