Yo people, macros/calories and cost for each meal are on the screen at 02:51, 06:18 and 09:28. Seems from the comments like a few people missed those, which means you're obviously skipping parts of my video and therefore we are no longer friends 😡🙃 x Also the meal prep containers I used are linked in the description.
you're definitely one of the most chill gymbro ytbers, keep it up bro absolutely love it
I feel like this is a great video to share my comment. I was over 330lbs once and now I am around 200lbs. It was slow and steady process that lasted 12 months. I started with walking (6k steps per day), increased water intake (min. 14 glasses of water and tea per day), I swapped sweets with fruits, started eating organic oat cereals every morning. I also took a meal plan from OnlyMeal and that was a game changer for me. I've never been hungry, and pounds just fell off. Honestly a recommendation for everyone.
I discovered long time ago your channel with this your old budget friendly meal prep at Aldi. So happy to see it back now 🎉
Always wondered if the “Joe Delaney is my hero” guys on the tandem bike know just how many people have seen that clip. Legends.
I only recently realized how much low testosterone, combined with unhealthy eating habits, can affect motivation and progress. I found some great tips in a book that really helped me get moving and start working on myself. The book is called ‘You Are Stronger Than You Think’ by Borlest, and it truly opened my eyes in many ways. I’m now on my journey to becoming a better version of myself thanks to it
Tried all the hacks. ice baths, preworkouts, even dopamine detoxes. none of it clicked. I felt so tired everyday. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a comment and I checked it out. been locked in ever since. no hype, just clarity. wild how long I was running on fumes.🔥
the arms are distracting 😭
an extra flavor boost for the meatballs: dice one onion and caramelize it. Let it cool down a bit, then mix it with the raw meat. Finally, add a few teaspoons of mustard and mix as well. the mustard will bind the meat mixture and improve the texture.
if you're scrolling and feel off, read this. i was burnt out, low energy, not myself. found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks, had zero expectations but man. chapter by chapter it rebuilt me. no hype bs, not fake motivation just stuff that grounds you and resets your system. this book really saved me. wish I found it sooner.🔥
Joe Delaney is my 🦸♂️

the first one is actually a life changer for me, i never even thought i can just leave the oats overnight in the fridge and by morning its ready for consumption, its massive because i have really early starts before work and rarely get to actually eat something, so this time saving meal will really fix my health, words cant describe how greateful i am man, cheers!
i used frozen fruit for my overnight oats, works great and can add it in when you make the oats. they defrost in the fridge and taste great
Watching this made me absolutely RAVENOUS at 10.30 at night 😂
I wish I had a hero like Joe cooking my meals everyday <3
