You've reached the end
Drying with a hair dryer took me out 😂😂😂
Finally someone who knows how to store meal preps properly!! I'm so glad you separated them.
For anyone wondering, she had to dry the sour cherries before putting them away because otherwise they'd get moldy fast.
I'm just going to leave this here in case it helps anyone: I have severe psoriasis. Both my legs are broken out. I just had a round of testing done and the doctor that did the tests asked me if i ate prepped meals or leftover food. I did. So he explained that the food starts to break down shortly after preparing it, not immediately but say after one day in the fridge, it can cause you to break out. The food breaking down can cause an autoimmune reaction leading to breakouts. Ive started trying to eat smaller more frequent and freshly prepared foods. Mostly kale salads with some type of freshly cooked protein like a tuna steak or a pork chop. I wore a tank top for the first time since i was a teen this weekend. I really hope those that need to see this, do.
Here’s everything I meal prepped for my husband and I to make the week a little easier 🙌🏼 This week was kind of a mix of ingredient prep + meal prep - I love things like the taco meat that we can use in different meals to keep things interesting. I’ll be writing up the monster cookie protein balls and potato taco bowl recipes asap! You won’t wanna miss em 👀 Homemade granola, tuna salad, pickled onions, and honey garlic chicken recipes are all at myproteinpantry.com 👩🏻🍳 🔗 in my profile as always 🤍
Looks delicious! Also, I was quite surprised to see you blow drying cherries lol
I recommend only meal prepping for maximum 3 days of food if you’re planning to keep them in the fridge, but if you’re meal prepping for 5-7 days of food make sure to put the rest of 4 days of meals in the freezer to avoid bacteria growth
delicious i love this. So appetizing and I would eat everything. No extra fluff just straight up gooooood food. Thanks sis ❤❤
This video got me excited about meal prep again! BIG WIN. Thank you so much for the ideas!
Great idea. Prepping seems like a lot of work but its worth it in the long run. It helps reduce grabbing the wrong foods to eat or snack on.
When I was in the Army and I didn’t have a lot of time for breakfast yogurt with granola was always my go to, I still love it!
I think I need a long-form video where I can follow along!
