Honestly the vibe that "well whatever I cook is healthier than eating out" is a fantastic mindset
To clarify, I eat lunch at 10:30 because I’m a teacher and the kids lunch time is my lunch time lol
Homie. You’re looking fly af. Mad props on the weight loss journey.

I admire the comparison whatever you make will still be healthier than a fast food burger, instead of caving from being overwhelmed by the process..Gives me courage to continue meal prepping. Thank you for empowering me to stay consistent and not so hard on myself.
MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE FOOD CREATORS THAT ACTUALLY LIST THE INGREDIENTS TO THEIR RECIPES IN THE VIDEOS!!!
Yes!! Working at chipotle in college taught me how versatile rice and protein can become! And how easy it can be to make tasty dishes w those components. Plus it opened my eyes to how much more cost efficient it is to cop a 15$ pack of chicken and make food for the week compared to paying for a single burrito. Cheers!!! Love your stuff as always!
The way you smile at the camera when you chop just makes my edge of the Internet glow brighter. Thank you!
Omg stop! I JUST made Chipotle bowls last night! The whole 9 yards, creamy Chipotle sauce, marinated chicken thighs, season black beans, cilantro lime rice, Pico de gallo, corn salsa, guac! Great minds think alike 😇
Dude. I just saw a short from two months ago and I have to tell you man, great job! You have shred the weight in a short time and keep up your progress and mental health along the way!
You look slimmer! You're doing fantastic!!
You’re looking great bro, honestly been dope to see you taking that journey and easily brushing off assholes who try and make fun of you for no reason. Really has helped me with my own journey and not overthinking on how I look so much. Love your content bro keep it up
Unrelated but you're looking really good Ian! It motivates me to keep working on my body AND cook good food 🤭
You chop as confidently, AND as aggressively as Marco. I love it
"that's probably healthier than a double bacon cheeseburger" relatable logic.
Oh my gosh! Congrats on the weight loss! Hope you’re feeling just as good as you look!! If no one has told you this today: you were just as amazing, kind and valid a year ago! ❤
Ian never fails to make delicious food 😄
love how you put the recipes in the comments. now, all i need is the recipes from all the videos. good job
I’m someone who cooks 95% of the food I eat. I love cooking, I love food, I love reading old cookbooks and watching cooking videos. I also get burned out and am tired of thinking up and planning weekly meals in a household of wildly different nutritional goals. So I’m always looking for recipes that I can make from pantry staples that are pretty intuitive and low effort. This is a great example of that, except I’ll find subs for the spicy pepper and cilantro. Thanks!
That thought process has helped me so much. I also would ge overwhelmed with what to cook thatbisnthe "healthiest" and then just not do it and order out. But then I realized that cooking at home is always the healthier option, period.
