My issue with meal prepping is that last meal you eat because it was sitting in the fridge for 6 days wasnt gonna be as good as the first one

Just an extra tip! Use bone broth when making rice so it has more protein! Kettle and fire is a good one with 20g of protein πŸ‘πŸ‘

Its more work but i would make meals for 3 days maximum, then make more for another 3 days. I just cannot eat something ive made 4/5/6 days ago my brain won't let me 😒 plus you can make different things after 3 days. But I commend the discipline to do this

Tip : do not cut open the avocado if you’re not gonna eat the same day , only cut it the same day , and saved the other half in the fridge for the next day only . Feel free to do it like this girl did, but heating it up will make warm avocado / or leaving it like this as meal prep will cause avocado to go brown( also like try to use the used avocado shell to cover the other half un used avocado but u need to make sure the pit is in to prevent browning)

Culinary student here. Just wondering if these meals are frozen? The reason I ask is because food should be disposed of after 3 days in the fridge because it will start to develop bacteria after the 3rd day.
