I would highly recommend ALWAYS zesting your citrus. If you're not using it for your recipe, add it to sea salt (I prefer course). This makes an AMAZING additon to almost anything. Veg, eggs, chicken. And it didn't cost you anything else. Trust me! 😎

Just couple things for people who are short on time. Use jarred garlic. It take me 15 minutes to just to peel and chop garlic. Use a rice cooker. Buy the cheap 40 bucks cuckoo one where you just press one button, makes perfect rice and you don’t have to babysit the rice.
