This would take me 4 hours to eat 🎉
Idk why but looking at pretty meal preps make me eager to choose better food and lose weights 🥰 thanks for the recipe!
Don't play with chia seeds though. They make your stomach run a lot. I have suffered with constipation my whole life (sometimes not going to the bathroom for 7 days) and have tried almost everything including drinking more water, eating fiber, and drinking medication to make the stomach work. The typical dose for the sachet medication was 1 or 2 sachets when needed... I was taking 8 a day. I recently found chia seeds and 2 tablespoons every few days does it for me! (sorry for the TMI but its just to understand the magnitude of how potent chia seeds are)

Thank you! Here’s what I did 1/4 cup oats 1/2 cup milk Banana slices (small) Apples slices (small) Cinnamon A dash of moringa powder Crushed peanut (Stir it all together real good) - I just used what was available and it came out delicious! Already made a next batch for tomorrow.
I used cinnamon oat milk , chunky honey peanut butter, mashed banana, maple syrup, Molina extract and I wanted to top it with chia pudding and berries but I didn't have chia seeds. was delicious
This would be breakfast lunch and semi dinner
Strawberry one looks heavenly
I’ve started adding quinoa that’s cooked with cinnamon water/tea to my overnight oats. It’s been a nice addition and helps me to change it up some.
Looks delicious 😋😋
I love the glass jars, can you post a link to where to get them, they are just the perfect size
