I love these meal prep idea series. I keep watching them and then changing the recipies to make some very quick and easy meals for my family on weekdays. I do tend to add more carrots, spinach, broccoli, corn and potatoes to the dish. But I did want to say thank you for making these and continuing to post them.

I just made this by myself as the first meal I've ever cooked as a 14 year old while my parents were away. I added some noodles to the rice and i think it's safe to say this was one of the best meals I've ever had, I would 100% do this again someday. Thank you for the recipe
