Isnit me or just everytime noel speeks like this or explain something it becomes more interesting
Hi Noel, I want to share a bit about myself, if you donβt mind. Iβm a 19 year old guy. My father has been absent since I was 7. My mother recently kicked me out of the house in mid January. Luckily, my girlfriend helped find a temporary place for me to stay. Iβm still attending college for long term benefits career wise. However, money is tight, my car recently had an oil problem, and my mental health is dwindling. Then I remembered that you posted things that I now need, such as cooking new foods, staying motivated, and to find a reason to keep going. I recently attended a convention in which I needed to wear a tie, but I didnβt know how to. You helped me with that with your videos. I just wanted to say this so you know that, even without personally knowing me, you have helped me a lot through this chapter of my life. I am seriously grateful with how you have helped me and many others. Thank you, Noel.
Looks amazing Noel, keep pushing π―
Thank you Noel for showing how achievable this is for everyone!!!! πππ
This is invaluable advice for people heading into uni! Thanks as always
Just a heads up, if you want to get the most for your money itβs better to buy a big bag of rice that will last for months rather than buying a new bag every other week
Legit thank you. It's not for working out. But I'm having to adjust the basic things I do just to save money. Already had plans to start doing the rice and chicken thing. Now I know exactly what to put in it.
Even here in Cali chicken breast stays around 3.50/$ on average so might be even cheaper to make
Damn, Noelβs editing is getting really good!
Since Germany is such a nice country where everything is unbelieveably expensive, you can use this simple receipe: Get a pack of Mexican rice (1β¬) and some Thuna (1.25β¬). Put the rice in the Microwave for 90 seconds and cook the Thuna in a pot and mix it together at the end. Unbelieveably fast meal prep, tastes amazing, super cheap and you got a ton of calories and protein.
Just moved into my own place about a month ago and I finally came back to this video and made it. Eating it right now and itβs fire thx Noel π
Noel, you help me overcome mental hurdles and lay out paths to success. I greatly thank you for your job and sharing your mentality and knowledge with others. Itβs benefited me greatly
I love how you make eating well so cheap. Really thank you!!!! With the way inflation is gouging our wallets this helps so much! Thank you again!
Blows my mind that people think fast food is cheaper than cooking when it's not even remotely close
