Chick-fil-a BOH employee here! Personally, I like Chick-fil-a's breakfast WAY better then their lunch/dinner options. The breakfast burritos are amazing! The biscuits are hand made in the morning throughout the breakfast hours. They're buttered when they come out of the oven, that's the 'greasy' feel you're getting. I always recommend people try the breakfast options before judging them because they're pretty freaking good. I also recommend people eat chick-fil-a before 2:00, which is the transition hour from morning to night crew. Morning crew has a lot of the directors working to make sure the quality is better.

14:49 having worked in restaurants as well the worst pests issues I’ve ever seen in a restaurant personally was at a restaurant in a mall. Because like any good restaurant if you see pests you make sure you call the pest control out to take care of the issues. But with a mall you can’t do much about the stores next to you that don’t do what they are supposed to do. The other restaurants that might just not do the right thing, or the stores that just don’t take steps to prevent pests because it doesn’t bother their clothing store or what not.
