Need to do an update to this video and add the Taco Bell Volcano Quesarito. I used to work at TB waaaay back when I was in college, and do concede knowing that their ground beef is the lowest quality imaginable, and yes, comes in a large plastic bag that you put in extremely hot water in order to cook. I rarely eat their anymore because i feel like they somehow found a way to make their ground beef taste like cardboard over the years, and their customer service at the one closest to me is abysmal. Every order, every time visiting is wrong or half assed. That being said, the new item ACTUALLY HAS FLAVIR, and it's good. The spice is there, but not overpowering, and melds well with the sour cream and other flavors. Its cheesy, gooey, spicy, and actually tastes good.
