Hereβs a simple and delicious tofu sushi recipe you can make at home π£ π₯’ Ingredients: 1 cup sushi rice (or short-grain rice) 1Β½ cups water 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sugar Β½ tsp salt 1 block firm tofu 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp sesame oil Nori sheets (seaweed) Fillings : cucumber, carrot π³ Step 1: Cook the Rice Wash rice 2β3 times. Cook with water until soft. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into warm rice. Let it cool. π³ Step 2: Prepare Tofu Cut tofu into long strips. Pan-fry until golden. π£ Step 3: Roll the Sushi Place a nori sheet on a mat. Spread rice evenly on top. Add tofu and veggies and mayo in the center.
