For red meat I use only parsley but for fish I do half cilantro. Also split my red wine vinegar with lemon juice, and add a pinch of cumin. So good and basically the same recipe

I like to add a splash of vinegar or lemon for that extra zing. I’m from Argentina and Iv seen so many ways of making it. You can add so much more. Like fresh peppers and tomatoes. You can keep it basic or create something special by adding your favorite veggies! Che Que rico ! Don’t forget the wine

Here from 🇦🇷 I use sunflower oil , its les flavory (and cheap), olive is too smelly for chimichurri. And I add pimentón (sweet paprika?) for the color

Great video, couple caveats. Traditionally we don't use lemon or olive oil (we use any neutral oil like sunflower oil). Also, since you're using some dry spices (as you should!), it's a good idea to make a brine and pour a bit, while still boiling, on the mix. That will make the oregano leaves and the chili flakes softer, and it will also activate all the flavors.

This is the one my husband makes and is so delicious; for those who add onions and other garnishes it almost turns it into a pico de gallo not sure; but this one is the best specially cause the red wine vinegar; if you use Goya red wine vinegar is so good😮‍💨
