Why isn’t this woman ULTRA FAMOUS . I’m not a chef by any stretch of the imagination. But for the last 3 or 4 years I’ve been doing all the cooking. My wife has cooked for us for over 35 years… it’s my turn and I’ve cooked at least 6 of this woman’s recipes and everyone really enjoyed them. Thank you.

I bet you could do the chicken patties Greek style. You should use feta, Greek seasoning, and maybe even some grated zucchini.
