The books have 265 recipes combined that make healthy lifestyle more fun & delicious!π Link to the books is in my bio or go to fitfoodieselma.com π₯° β’ Ingredients for about 8 servings: 2 ripe bananas 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or any other nut butter you like or tahini, I used a peanut butter that is 100% made of peanuts (120 ml) 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml) 1 teaspoon baking powder β’ for topping: dark chocolate chips/chunks β’ 1. Mash the bananas 2. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir 3. Pour into a baking dish (or an oven-safe glass container) lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips/chunks on top 4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20 - 25 minutes 5. Let cool down, cut into pieces and enjoy 6. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge

The second I saw this, I needed it, so I made it right away. Very yummy! Kinda tastes like banana pancakes with added cocoa, and has a cakey-ish texture. Great brownie for 6 ingredients and not a lot of time! π€€
