🍑 Hey my friends! Here’s my Plum Crumble – simple, delicious, and perfect for beginners. Filling: • 6–8 large ripe plums, cut into wedges • 2 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp cornstarch • Juice + zest of ½ lemon • Pinch of cinnamon + a few mint leaves Crumble Topping: • 200g flour • 120g almond flour (or regular) • 120g sugar • 250g cold butter, cubed • Pinch of cinnamon & vanilla Quick method: 1 Mix plums with filling ingredients. 2 Rub crumble ingredients together into coarse crumbs. 3 Place plums in a baking dish and cover generously with the crumble. 4 Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
