One tray chicken, potatoes and peppers π« recipe β¬οΈ Ingredients: * 12 chicken thighs * 1kg new potatoes * X2 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt * X1 tbsp paprika * X1 tbsp mixed herbs * X3 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce * X2 tbsp medium peri-peri seasoning * X5 gloves of garlic * 1 tbsp olive oil * X3 red peppers Method: Marinate your chicken with the above ingredients, you can set this aside to marinate for at least 1 hour but that isnβt necessary. Slice your new potatoes and peppers, place everything on a tray, ensure the potatoes and peppers are also coated with the seasoning and in the oven at a moderate heat, until chicken is golden and crispy and potatoes soft.
