You can grab both @kettleandfire Bone Broth and @momofukugoods Chili Crunch at Whole Foods to recreate this at home. 🔥 Macros: 850cal, 55g P, 85g C, 32g F🍽️ Total Servings: 4🍴 Serving Size: 1 cooked chicken thigh, 4 oz. cooked rice, 4 oz. cooked noodles, 2 lumpia ⏲️ Cooking Time: 45 min 🛒 Ingredients: Chicken Adobo + Rice:-1 cup uncooked white rice-1 cup Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth-1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar-4 boneless skinless chicken thighs-1 tbsp minced garlic-1 dried bay leaf-black pepper Lumpia:-1 lb ground chicken or turkey-1 tbsp minced garlic-1/4 cup finely diced onion-salt and pepper-10 wheat spring roll wrappers-oil for frying Pancit:-1 large 8 oz. box Filipino rice noodles or wheat noodles-2 cups Kettle & Fire Beef or Chicken Bone Broth-1 cup sliced cabbage-1/2 cup shredded carrot-1/2 red onion, sliced-1 tbs minced garlic -1/4 cup soy sauce -1/2 tsp pepper -green onion whites, sliced-lemon wedges for serving Toppings:-Momofuku Chili Crunch-green onions 📋 Instructions: -cook the rice, chicken bone broth, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper, and chicken thighs together in the rice cooker until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked -mix together the ground chicken or turkey, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper; roll tightly in spring roll wrappers and shallow fry until golden and crispy -sauté cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, and green onion whites until slightly tender, then remove and set aside -add bone broth, soy sauce, and pepper to the same pan and bring to a simmer; add noodles and cook until tender before mixing vegetables back in -build your meal prep bowls with chicken adobo rice, pancit, and lumpia -finish with lemon juice, green onions, and Momofuku Chili Crunch for extra texture and heat -store in the fridge for up to 5 days #mealprep #AAPIHeritageMonth #kfpartner #momofukupartner #ad

I make my mothers spring rolls she was taught how to cook when she was first married and lived in Malaya. We grew up with Asian recipes as Malaya was where she learnt so much about food. She bought the recipes back to Australia in the 1960s when Asian food was not accessible to the majority of Aussies. Best spring rolls in the world. 🤤 so much so I am going in to business selling them.
