We NEED more hour long videos like this where you’re teaching even more robust techniques from to prep to nurture to finish and WHY!! Love the cameo of the other cooking YT community!!
Bro really meant less than an hour 💀
This is honestly such a high quality video. You can tell that each sentence is carefully prepared for the most impact. Its such a refresher to see effort on YouTube.
I love how all of the cooking content creators genuinely get along with each other. No toxicity in the community it’s great 😊 400 likes “mom I’m famous!!”
Christopher’s mom here. You single handed my turned him into an aspiring chef!! Made me pre order your book, only watches and reads about cooking, and makes a delicious and complex meal weekly. Last week was king crab egg yolk raviolo (yours), this week is shrimp scampi (yours) and two weeks ago was Tonkotsu Ramen (2 chefs combined to make his version). Absolutely delicious with so many flavors! Thank you so much for sharing your talent and inspiring so many!
i'm BEGGING anyone who's even slightly lost in life to read Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers. i'm not kidding when i say it cracked me open in the best way. i'm crying and healing and evolving all at once ❤

I wish I had this video 20 years ago. It would have saved me years of trial and error as an amateur home cook! You confirmed a lot of my knowledge and there's some new stuff there too. I'm going to try out making velouté next! Great job Nick.
