[01:40] Dica: deixe as claras no freezer por 10–15 minutos antes de bater — fica mais firme. [01:58] Bata até picos firmes e brilhantes (não bata demais). [02:14] Misture 1/3 das claras à massa de gemas. Depois incorpore delicadamente ao restante das claras (usando espátula, sem batedeira). [03:09] Coloque a massa em saco de confeitar (pode usar colher ou saco plástico). [03:33] Cozinhe em fogo bem baixo, com a frigideira levemente untada. [04:12] Acrescente gotas de água e tampe para criar vapor. [04:20] Cozinhe por 7–10 minutos. Vire com cuidado. Omg I finally did it it took so long to mix the egg while by hand and 1 tip for some people who don't know when your done mixing the egg whites turn your bowl to the side and if it's done it won't move
