Crack 2 eggs into each container. Followed by ½ cup of egg whites (120g), ½ cup cottage cheese (110g), 4 oz pepper and onions (113g), 1 chicken sausage (85g), and 0.33 cups Cheddar cheese (38g). Pro tip.... blend the egg and cottage cheese in tbe bleander or get kne of those hand blender thjngs.... I did appreciate you using the scale and measuring cup 😅
I do 5 eggs (30G) 2 slices of turkey breast (12G) a slice of Swiss cheese (6G) and a protein shake with 2 scoops (40G) for breakfast
Then each day add 1/2 fresh Avocado & cilantro. YUM. Thank you!!

For these easy meal prep egg bowls, can they be placed individually into separate freezer bags and when desired, prepared on demand, and not all on the same day? I ask because I do not like precooked eggs (baked all on the same day for reheating later). I would love to be able to whip them all up, freeze them, then pull them out and fresh-bake them when I want them. Can I do that?

I made this and added maple pork sausage, spinach, quinoa, extra cheese, extra cottage cheese, a few more eggs, and some whole milk (because I'm on a mission to gain weight-5'5" 105 lb female.) So these recipes are great and can be modified for people who want to gain weight also. ❤
Sounds great, healthy and easy. I like cooking extra, freezing then defrosting then reheating, especially busy mornings.
