Sloptastic! All jokes aside making meal prep similar to this for my work lunches plus a full body workout 3 days a week has made some serious results. I'm down to 225 from 241 in January, plus I'm a lot leaner. I still eat out on occasion, but I go for stuff like the Chipotle double chicken bowl with lettuce, fajita vegetables and red salsa had. Just skip all the calorie heavy shit, get that protein in. It'll make a difference when you put in the work.
