I got the crockpot going right now, but doing 3 pounds of chicken instead of 2. I dont have the protein pasta but.. 3lbs of meat still comes out to (per serving with my brand of ingredients) 707 calories.. 51.42g carbs and 67.85g protein. I made one of your breakfast ones this morning and it also had 67g protein funnily enough. 134g of protein in 2 meals lets go! Getting locked in!
