For each serving Half cup oats Tablespoon chia seeds Half scoop protein powder Two tablespoons yogurt Honey to taste Spices to taste (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg) Two thirds cup milk of choice Fruit chunks Overnight in fridge If too thick, thin with more milk.

I know i roast my oats in the oven for like... 10? Ish minutes to help with the grainy oat texture I dont like. That hack has CHANGED MY LIFEEEEE. Hope it can help someone else who may not like oats experience something new and hopefully positive!!

I have made this recipe with raspberries bc I didn’t have mango but baked it instead. Girl-you got me loving oatmeal now. I hated it at first but I’ll have to try this overnight oats now. ❤❤❤❤

I have been obsessed with overnight oats because I started putting sugar free pudding mix in it along with oats, protein powder, a mix of ground flax/chia/hemp and it reminds me so much of rice pudding and I get so excited for it 🤌

I loooove overnight oats. I prep the dry ingredients for the whole week with different flavors, then the night before I just add the milk. Depending on the fruit I’ll add it the night before or in the morning right before I eat. So yummmmmyyyy and I don’t have to worry about it getting yucky or getting sick of the same flavor each day.
