I have been obsessed with overnight oats because I started putting sugar free pudding mix in it along with oats, protein powder, a mix of ground flax/chia/hemp and it reminds me so much of rice pudding and I get so excited for it 🤌

I loooove overnight oats. I prep the dry ingredients for the whole week with different flavors, then the night before I just add the milk. Depending on the fruit I’ll add it the night before or in the morning right before I eat. So yummmmmyyyy and I don’t have to worry about it getting yucky or getting sick of the same flavor each day.
That cinnamon is a main character at this point, I get excited every time I see her
