I’m almost at my goal weight 🥺🙌🏾My hard work has really been paying off 💃🏾💪🏾 ✨I hope this video on what I eat in a day to lose over 50 lbs is helpful 💞🍳 📝 TIPS I’ve learned on my weight loss journey 🫶🏾 1️⃣ Have PROTEIN with every meal It keeps you full longer, supports muscle, and makes it easier to stay in a calorie deficit. Generally range from 0.7 to 1 gram per pound of body weight 2️⃣ Drink WATTER 💦 Hydration matters more than you thinkI aim for at least 8 bottles of water a day—this can help with cravings, mental clarity energy, and overall results. 3️⃣ Adding FIBER into yourr diet can be a game changer It supports digestion, keeps you fuller longer, and helps balance your meals—don’t skip it! 4️⃣ REPETITION isn’t boring, it’s effective Eating similar meals daily removes guesswork and helps you stay on track. You can’t mess up what’s already planned. 5️⃣ ACCOUNTABILITY can change everything Having a trainer gave me structure, and someone that pushed me to stay consistent even on hard days. 6️⃣ Eat REAL foods The more whole foods I ate, the better I felt. I still enjoy things in moderation, but my foundation stays clean and intentional. 7️⃣ Remember the 80/20 rule 80% of your results come from what you eat, 20% from working out. You can’t out-train a poor diet. 8️⃣ SLEEP is sooo important 😴 Aim for -9 hrs of sleep every night.
