The old lamps look 10 times better than the new ones. I feel like they are also a mix of feminine and masculine. The new lamps also do look like they will be easy to knock over.

I’d keep the old bedside lamp, Thandi. The neutral colours complement the bedside table nicely. The new one, on the other hand, it’s dark and the bedside table is dark as well. It’s just too much dark tones together, so I think the old one works better with the overall look.

I love the new side lamps. They give the room dimension 🥰whereas the old ones are the almost the same height as the bed/pillows etc. and I don’t mind the colours being dark (lamp and side table) cause your apartment is a warm moody aesthetic and not the light and airy aesthetic.☺️
