Doordashing Starbucks is so wild to me because you're literally in NYC where there's probably one not even 50 feet away. Walking to your door to pick up the order is already half the journey
I used to work with someone who would door dash a single bagel with cream cheese every day, so some people really are living like this
Hiiii watch me fall for the rage bait - let's over-analyze this influencer's food delivery habits. PS... still thinking of renaming this channel. What do y'all think of "tiff tiffs" or something like that lmao. (A tiff is " a short, silly argument usually over something unimportant" and I feel like that is so accurate to this channel lolol)
Man, this sure makes my disabled ass feel better for door dashing 3-4 times per week due to my chronic migraines
Food delivery apps are such a joke. Itβs so lovely paying $40 for a $10 burrito π
Why would she not just hire a personal chef to meal prep?
$150 a day is wild to me. That's our entire week's grocery budget, which I usually manage to come in under. I just can't imagine not having to even think about how much money you're spending on deliveries like that.
13:16 she must be paid by the chains and door dash, right? Right?!
ordering in that much would make me feel ill, and also so wastefulπ
I will never understand this cultural obsession with food delivery apps, when I was a kid, my parents didn't even get pizzas delivered most of the time because of the fees, and people are out here paying $20 to get a lukewarm latte dropped on their door step? Baffling. I'm baffled.
This is why I choose to eat the rich.
this is not the flex that Audrey thinks it is, big YIKES
"I'm not proud of this, but.." proceeds to post copious videos talking about the same thing.
For 4 000 you could surely hire a maid for like 20-30 hours a week π I worked as a nanny in NZ and also did the cleaning, shopping and cooking dinners. It smells like undisclosed ads though ngl π΅οΈββοΈ I would always pick up the food, in part because that way all of the money goes to the restaurant - and not the app.
when I was in college, I overhead a classmate say that he chose to give up doordash/grubhub for Lent... I can't imagine door dashing enough to think of it as a potential thing to give up for 40 days LMAO??
Isnβt the main thing for lifestyle influencers βrunning errandsβ aka going somewhere for coffee and lunch every day? What is the rest of her content if she is in her apartment 24/7?
Do influencers not like walking?? like I live in a fairly big european city and I enjoy going place to place even if the weather is not that good just to get that fresh air in my nostrils
Man, if I never went outside when it rained id never do anything in Seattle.
I know you considered this but THE CARBON FOOTPRINT. I guess there's probably less driving doing delivery in NYC but theres still soooo much packaging that could be avoided if she just went to the damn pinkberry herself
I cannot imagine ordering in that frequently. It is such a waste and beyond the cost side, I just donβt feel well when I eat out more than once a week. Even if you donβt cook, order multiple things at a time at least to save on some of the costs. Also, there are so many easy foods that are just heat and eat from the frozen sections.
